The work is part of an ongoing series of imaginary creatures: a play on biology, evolution as well as dreams of space exploration and worlds beyond. Acrylic impasto on canvas with visible structure finished with water based varnish for long lasting protection and a beautiful gloss. The work has a special phosphorescent finish which will make certain parts of it glow in the dark especially after exposure to UV light.
